Additive migration. - SaleAdAnimal gains Traits (German labels) + CharacterNote; prompt builder emits "Charakter: …" + "Charakter-Notiz: …" lines for the AI Verkaufstext. - Tests: traits/note round-trip (POST->GET via SQLite host), empty-default, prompt inclusion.
