Gulum cc589b13d0 ARCH-2: fresh Npgsql initial migration ...

uuid keys, text columns, Gender persisted as text via EnumToStringConverter,
Litter.Date as timestamptz. Replaces deleted SqlServer initialCreate (no prod data).
