Merge feature/fix-cr2-partial-update: P0 BLOCKER — PUT /gerbils PATCH-Semantik (kein Datenverlust mehr)

+4 Regressionstests (PartialUpdateTests.cs). Gate 137/137, ef has-pending=No, kein Schema-Change.
